Our terms and conditions are binding with the sending of your order.
I. Conclusion of a contract
- Our offer is aimed exclusively at commercial customers, the self-employed, freelancers and institutions under public law. That is why the Distance Selling Act with the 14-day right of return does not apply to orders. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept our terms and conditions and order as a commercial customer. All articles are specially produced for the respective customer. With the order, a contract for work is concluded between the contractor and the customer.
II. Prices and terms of payment
1. All prices are ex works in euros plus VAT.
2. Payment is made in advance, PayPal, credit card or direct debit.
III. Retention of title
1. All delivered goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
IV. Delivery times
1. The estimated delivery times are given for the individual items. The delivery time for items in stock is 2-3 days
V. Dimensions, technical data
1. All menus we produce are handcrafted, so minimal size deviations are possible. Color deviations are possible due to printing. 2. The telephone number and website address of Elbcards are embossed in small letters on the back of the card.
VI. shipping
1. For shipping within Germany, a flat rate of € 7 will be charged. For shipping outside of Germany, the shipping costs are displayed. 3. Shipping to countries outside of Germany always takes place after payment in advance. The shipping costs are displayed in the shop before the order is placed.
VII. Warranty, cancellation

3. Cards and folders that are specially produced for customers cannot be returned unless there is a demonstrable defect. Here the order is considered a work contract. If there is a defect, this will be remedied by a subsequent improvement by Elbcards within a reasonable period of time.
VIII. Choice of law, place of jurisdiction
1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all contracts.
2. Place of fulfillment and place of jurisdiction is the company headquarters 22085 Hamburg.
